ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

WiseWare.chat SaaS Platform

WiseWare BV - Acceptable Use Policy Version 1.2 - June 17, 2026

1. PURPOSE

This policy governs acceptable use of WiseWare.chat. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not upload or process content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates privacy laws or exposes confidential information without authorization
  • Contains pornographic, offensive, or harmful material
  • Promotes illegal activities, violence, harassment, or discrimination

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
  • Probe, scan, or test the security or vulnerability of the platform without prior written permission from WiseWare
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform (including denial-of-service attacks, overload, or rate-limit evasion)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers) except through published APIs and within your subscription limits

4. AI AGENT RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Configure AI agents to generate false, harmful, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent AI safety measures or “jailbreak” systems
  • Use agents to create fraudulent communications or bypass content policies
  • Extract proprietary information from underlying AI models

You must ensure AI agent configurations comply with this policy and applicable laws.

Do not use the platform for safety-critical purposes or as the sole basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions without appropriate human review.

5. FILE MANAGEMENT

You may only upload files you have legal rights to process. All uploaded content must comply with Section 2 restrictions and be relevant to legitimate business purposes.

You acknowledge that files will be processed for AI-readable metadata and text extraction. File management availability depends on your organization’s settings and user role.

Only upload personal data you are legally permitted to process. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis.

Do not upload special categories of personal data unless your organization has a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

6. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

You must:

  • Maintain secure authentication credentials and never share login information
  • Report suspected security breaches immediately
  • Respect organizational data isolation and not attempt unauthorized access
  • Use administrative privileges responsibly (admin users only)
  • Comply with role-based access controls
  • Do not conduct penetration testing or security scanning without WiseWare’s prior written authorization

7. PLATFORM USAGE

  • Use AI agents and sessions for legitimate business purposes only
  • Provide constructive feedback and maintain professional standards
  • Do not create excessive sessions or abuse system resources
  • Respect usage limits and fair use guidelines

8. EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS

When using external tool integrations, ensure proper authorization, comply with third-party terms, and do not use integrations to circumvent policy restrictions.

You are responsible for lawfully sharing data with third-party integrations and complying with their terms. Customer-configured integrations remain your responsibility.

9. FAIR USE

Use platform resources reasonably within your subscription limits. Do not overload infrastructure, negatively impact other users, or interfere with platform operations.

10. COMPLIANCE

You must comply with applicable laws, data protection requirements, and your organization’s internal policies. Ensure proper authorization to use the platform for business purposes.

11. ENFORCEMENT

We may monitor platform usage and investigate violations. Enforcement actions may include content removal, account restrictions, or termination. Severe violations may result in immediate termination.

12. REPORTING

Report violations to [email protected]. Appeals can be sent to [email protected] within 30 days.

13. UPDATES

This Policy may be updated in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of WiseWare.chat and forms an integral part of your service agreement. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all provisions outlined in this policy.
